We are proud of our history and have been established for 20 years as a trading division of National Floorcoverings Ltd, a privately owned UK company that includes Heckmondwike FB. We began manufacturing needlepunch and woven artificial surfaces for sport in 2001 then in 2007 invested in a tufting machine and became the only UK Company with the capability to manufacture woven, tufted and needlepunch surfaces for the sport and leisure industry. All surfaces are manufactured on site in West Yorkshire and carry full accreditation of the quality standards ISO9001 and the environmental management standards ISO14001. Our products also meet the very latest EN15330 parts 1 and 2 (which replaced BS7044) along with standards set by sporting associations; such as IATS, FIH, ITF and our playground safety surfaces meet BS EN 1177 standards. |
All our surfaces are manufactured to extremely high standards, and being manufacturers, we control all aspects of our production and stock control, allowing us to ensure fast turnaround when our customers need it.
Playrite sports surfacing, playground safety surfacing and leisure grasses are not just supplied throughout the UK, as our dedicated export sales team has a vast experience of exporting our products within Europe, Australia, Canada, Turkey and India.
